Jamie McDonald is mental. Mental, but pretty cool. The 27-year-old, dubbed the real-life Forrest Gump, has just run 5,000 miles without support, from St John's on the Atlantic Ocean to Vancouver on the Pacific. In the process, he got robbed, got frostbite and got a face full of salt as well as lasting injuries, but he also raised £100,000 for children's hospitals.
