The power running through the drive train was way to much for 20 teeth to handle and I really don't want to go to a bigger rear sprocket for both difficulty in having to customise everything and also I don't want to slow the bike down much more than this since I am running single speed and feel it is perfect right now. The chain was slipping under the high load and lack of engagement of teeth but after one test I can confirm I got no clacking any more. I did this by repositioning the single speed tensioner. It was a simple few washers, nuts and bolts. I still have major problems with the weakness in the actual kit I bought that don't seem strong enough for the motor that they carry. There is no instructions about how to tension it properly either. The lightning rods big block kit is like a DIY project that you had a helping hand starting. Don't expect the amount of money you pay for one to mean you will not have a lot of problems to sort out yourself. It's a dam expensive hobby, but fun when it finally works. I can't say I would buy this kit again.
